Wesley is soon completing a Kinesiology degree from Simon Fraser University with concentration in active health & rehabilitation. Applying theory to practice in exercise-related settings, Wesley is an engaging, positive, and passionate coach. Equipped with evidence-based information on health and wellness, performance, program development, and more, Wesley aspires to help others achieve their goals in a way that makes sense for them. Wesley aims to inspire others through his work and share his insights to help others live actively, pain-free, and with perfect functionality.

Great classes. Efficient and effective. You can have a challenging workout and be back at your desk in an hour. I really like that the classes are also a community with a range of different fitness levels, but the classes are great for all.
