Sam is an American Council of Exercise certified personal trainer and Krav Maga Level One certified instructor. He combines 6 years of Krav Maga experience with 5 years of resistance and powerlifting training.
After finishing his Chemical Engineering degree, Sam decided to instead pursue his passion for fitness and athletics. He has since fallen in love with the pursuit of greater strength, speed, and agility, as well as guiding others along this same journey. Sam brings his fitness background in self-defence and bodybuilding to teach fun and fast-paced, high-intensity, high-energy striking, combat, and functional fitness classes!
He loves combining the science of muscle and cardiovascular strengthening techniques to help clients develop into more complete fighters and athletes. Sam is passionate about teaching and working with children and is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Education; he’s excited to extend his fitness background to work with school sports teams and clubs.
